Glued wooden constructions

Glued wooden constructions are used for house-building, sport and industry buildings.

We produce: rectilinear bent-glued (curvilinear) Dimensions: Length – up to 12 000 mm Height – up to 240 mm Thickness – up to 270 mm

Glued wooden beam

Glued wooden beam is used for low house-building. Profiling and selection of lock slots allows easy and fast mounting of houses without additional adjustment and blazing on the building site. The covering flags simultaneously solve in a house two functions: for the first level – ceiling for the second level – floor, without additional materials.

Quality control on each production stage

Glued wooden elements are made of wood with 8-12% moisture. Sawn-timbers (each board) leaving the drying department and going to reprocessing pass a moisture control on a stationary electric moisture meter. Boards that fail moisture control are culled. Then the board passes a 4-sided adzing for correction of geometrical sizes and detection of wood defects. A sorting operator makes pencil marks on good parts and wood defects, which are butted by a saw.

Wood parts satisfying the requirements are joined on a notched pin. Defective wood parts are deleted.

Length joining is made on a press by means of setting the length of lamella (up to 12 meters). Blank parts glued along the length — lamellas (up to 12 meters) — are gathered in a store-room (the so called «shop») and held there till the absolute glue polymerization (when a connection becomes mechanically solid).

According to the project, drafts and technical conditions of a customer, a package for constructions pressing is chosen from the lamellas. A dunter that has high conveying speeds and high quality shaves each lamella from both sides. The glue from a glue-pouring plant is spread on the surface. Then the package for pressing is put into the press, and the pressure is set. The pressure is kept up till the absolute glue polymerization. After the pressing the detail passes through the final shaving to the established size.

Window beam

For a long time wood is the widespread material in windows manufacture. The basic lack of wood is its deformation and checking under influence of adverse climatic conditions. Glued wood is deprived of such lacks, stronger and steady against deformation. Windows from glued beam have no internal pressure, thus providing stability of the sizes of windows and long period of their exploitation.

Knots are not allowed
Heart, sapwood, cracks, rot are not allowed
